Pavlos has worked in a variety of private and public service organisations in the U.K. and in Europe. He has worked for National Health Services (U.K. and E.U.) in Local Education Authorities (Special Education), Community Services, Teaching Hospitals, Private Clinics and Private Practice.

He has experience in working with panic, anxiety, depression, stress, work related issues, career decisions, traumatic experiences, loss, bereavement, loneliness, isolation, emotional difficulties, relationships, sexuality issues, obsessions, addictions, commitment issues, learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, dementia and degenerative disorders, elderly issues, complex diagnoses, life transition, separation and divorce, cross-cultural issues and homesickness, terminal conditions, self- esteem, loss of life meaning, belonging, long distance relationships, internet sociality, spirituality, guilt, and most other psychological problems.

He lectures on a variety of Psychology topics nationally and internationally from Developmental Psychopathology and Neuro- Degenerative Disorders to Advances in Counselling Psychology Practice and Clinical Supervision.
